Returns Policy – Army Clothing UK

At Army Clothing UK, we take pride in producing high-quality, official licensed military clothing and personalised embroidered garments. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make our returns process clear and fair.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or custom embroidered clothing (e.g. regimental names, ranks, custom text)
  • Made-to-order items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

This includes most of our:

  • Military hoodies
  • Regimental fleeces
  • Embroidered polo shirts
  • Custom badges and apparel

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes (non-personalised items only)
  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage).

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at armyclothingstore@gmail.com with your order number
  • Wait for return approval and instructions
  • Send the item back securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
