Delivery

It is our intention to complete orders as quickly as possible, and to provide the most efficient and cost effective delivery method.

This also includes the picking and packing of all products. We normally deliver within 3 working days and use couriers. As it is difficult to despatch all goods at once, please be prepared to accept partial despatch.

All goods have to be signed for upon delivery. We will always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, or on a specific date if required, however, please do be aware that this is never guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible if an order does not arrive on time.

If you are not generally at home during the day please consider having your order sent to an alternative address such as a work address or at a neighbour's or relative's house.

If you have ordered a large or heavy item then this will take a few days longer as it will arrive directly from one of our vendors. All delivery is for mainland UK only, however we can deliver all these products to all of Ireland and Scotland.

Offshore islands and remote islands will incur extra costs so please email us directly.
